Article name, July 2007

I know it may at times appear that the planet is under American rule, but in deference to the 170-180 odd other airfroces of earth, how about a title change to USAF Aeronautical Ratings or similar?  :-).Winstonwolfe 06:36, 5 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Chief Flight Surgeon

edit

(Note: Graduates of the 4-year Aerospace Medicine Residency (RAM) had been automatically awarded Aeronautical Orders (AOs) to wear the Chief Flight Surgeon wings upon graduation from the RAM program. This may have changed after 2001)

Moved this text out of the article to here for discussion. Did some quick searching but was unable to come up with a WP:CITE or WP:REF for this. — MrDolomite • Talk 06:43, 11 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

I have gone through the current AFI para by para and the criteria for Chief Flight Surgeon is as shown. (AFI leaves nothing to supposition.) Without a source, it has to be considered no longer valid.--Reedmalloy (talk) 07:46, 11 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
