The article states the following:

"The Type 1 Ho-Ki was developed in 1942 as a result of a request from the Army for a heavy armored artillery tractor which could also serve as a personnel transport.

Production of both tracked and half-track APCs began in 1941, and both versions...."

If it was developed in 1942, how could production start in 1941? Drhoehl (talk) 23:04, 25 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

The U.S. "Catalog of Enemy Ordnance" is not correct. Based on Wartime intell. Not the first time it was wrong. The WP:RS sources state it could carry a total of 15 seated men. Note, there was room for a group of standing troops in the middle area according to some sources. Also, the article is correct now; it was designed in 1941 and produced in 1942.
