God, is Twin Falls that small that nobody even talks about it! If I weren't new I would expand it.

This is in reference to the Lincoln Elementary School. It was brought to my attention that a 6th grader was kicked in the calf by a Male Teacher. This happened today. (Tuesday) This is not the first time this Teacher has done this to a student. This time he kicked the student with such force that it left a bruise and scraped the skin. When she was told by a student to go to the principal's office and report the "abuse", she was told by a teacher "no you can't go". Pictures have been taken for evidence of this ignorant action of the Teacher. I won't go on and on, so I'll cut this short. Legal procedures will be enforced and for the sake of this student and others this should not be ignored. Abuse is enough when at home, but in school? That's were any child should feel safe. The current O'leary Junior High
