Possible copyright problem edit

Original research in "Kesavananda Bharati case" subsection of "Aftermath" edit
I will remove the editor's personal theory that the 24h amendment voids simple majority amendment. His theory is the result of false dilemma (that enabling Parliament to amend according to 368 disables it from amending otherwise and that 368 not enabling something means that thing is prohibited), equivocation (failing to appreciate the different meanings of "amend", for instance, in his different sources), faulty generalization (from Parliament in its constituent capacity not being able to delegate constituent power to itself in its ordinary legislative capacity to Parliament in its ordinary legislative capacity not being able to have constituent power) and other assorted errors. Kesavananda in fact affirms amendment by simple majority:
"…the Constitution can be amended not only under Article 368 but also under Article 4, Article 169, Paragraph 7 of Schedule V and Paragraph 21 of Schedule VI. Amendments under these provisions can be effected by Parliament by a simple majority vote…" (665) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Pennythugginit (talk • contribs) 03:13, 8 December 2021 (UTC)
