Looks good, just a few small things:

  • Is there anything about how or why the dog went extinct? I'm assuming there isn't because you would have put it in, but I'm just checking.
  • Haven't found a specific reason unfortunately. Miyagawa (talk) 09:18, 31 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
  • In the last paragraph of the history section, does that speculation contradict what is commonly believed? Is there any evidence behind it?
  • It's the only instance of such a rumour, but may be related to the thought that Golden Retrievers were originally bred from Russian circus dogs - however in the late nineties the complete record of their early breeding was discovered which is why we know about the specific dogs used. I figured the circus dogs would be more appropriate in the Golden Retriever article, so I've just added a line to say it goes against the known evidence. • Tweed Water Spaniel.jpg - in the image description, the source links to File:Clip image004.jpg. Is this an error? If so, can a source be found?
  • Found a source and placed on the file listing on WPCommons. Miyagawa (talk) 09:26, 31 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

If you don't have anything you can add to address the comments above (apart from the image), I'll just pass it. Good work. —outoffocus 01:11, 31 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Passed GA, congrats. —outoffocus 13:19, 31 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

The Tweed Spaniel appears to be listed as a Scottish Native Breed while this article attributes it as "of English" origin? Could this be clarified please? Sagaciousphil (talk) 08:02, 18 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
