The Tweed River does not form part of the border between NSW and QLD. It runs very close in some points, but the river, including the northern shore are definitely a part of NSW. There's still about 10 km by road from the point where the Pacific Highway crosses the river to where the QLD border is. This is quite a major, yet common oversight based on the popular perception, which is simply not true.220.244.178.210 (talk) 10:31, 17 June 2012 (UTC)Reply
