chemostat and turbidostat belong 'homogeneously mixed bioreactor'
searching chemostat, look at the picture.
but, turbidostat have no picture.

Actually, Jack Myers invented the turbidostat, published in 1944, six years before the publications describing the chemostat in 1950!
