- Not true. The neighborhood has been known as Truxton Circle since the traffic circle was built around 1900. And a local neighborhood association, Truxton Circle Coalition, has existed since at least 1991, well before "affluent whites" moved into the neighborhood. ~ Quacks Like a Duck (talk) 18:40, 24 May 2017 (UTC)
