CB, this is a great article. however, I have a few comments.

Lead

"the storm re-intensified against unfavorable conditions" I if were you I would replace "against" with "despite"

"On October 29, [http:/wiki/Tropical_cyclone_warnings_and_watches tropical storm advisories] were issued" be more specific and simply say "tropical storm warnings"

"Although the storm itself did not move over land" no need for "itself"

"Upon being classified, the depression was relatively disorganized but deep convection had maintained itself near the center of circulation." shouldn't there be a comma before but

"Despite the unfavorable conditions, Zeke maintained its intensity and began to turn towards the northeast.[8] Throughout October 28, the storm managed to maintain its strength through intermittent bursts of convection" you might wont to combine these two sentences

"In response to this, the Government of Mexico issued a tropical storm warning for areas between Cabo San Lázaro and Los Burros."no need to wikilink tropical storm warning as incated here.
