Repeated incorrect changes to the list of songs

This article is currently semi-protected as the list of songs has been repeatedly changed to an incorrect, presumably made-up version, for over a year. In actuality, the song "Young and Beautiful" was #7 and "Lanterns" was #22, but the edits switch those 2 around, and replace some of the lower songs with ones that weren't actually in the top 100 (for example "Oh Sailor", "When I Was Young" and "Blood on the Leaves"). Birds of Tokyo's 'Lanterns' (actually #7) and Lana Del Rey's 'Young and Beautiful' (actually #22) have swapped around from their original order. Further down the list, some songs have been omitted and replaced by songs that didn't even make the Hottest 100. This includes Bliss n Eso's 'Act Your Age' (actually #113 - replaced at #67), Something for Kate's Like a Version cover of 'Sweet Nothing' (actually #118 - replaced at #68), The Jezabels' 'The End' (actually #103 - replaced at #83), British India's 'Summer Forgive Me' (actually #104 - replaced at #84), Remi's Sangria (actually #105 - replaced at #85), John Butler Trio's 'Only One' (actually #109 - replaced at #87), Josh Pyke's 'Leeward Side' (actually #111 - replaced at #88), Bliss n Eso's 'House of Dreams' (actually #114 - replaced at #94) and Big Scary's 'Luck Now' (actually #101 - replaced at #96).

@122.111.44.57: Hi, where are you getting this data from? It's completely inconsistent with that on triple j's official site and the unofficial Hottest 100 database site, and I know those sites match what was broadcast on the day in January 2014.
