Reverted hard RD to Treble Charger article

edit

I've revered the hard RD to the Treble Charger article, which was instated claiming that MacGregor does not meet the WP:MUS qualifications. I disagree, as MacGregor is/was a member of two independently notable groups. The qualification in the criteria for inclusion states, Note that members of notable bands are redirected to the band's article, not given individual articles, unless they have demonstrated individual notability for activity independent of the band, such as solo releases. Members of two notable bands are generally notable enough for their own article. I see no reason why this wouldn't apply in MacGregor's case. I should also note that the user pointed out, rightly, that the article itself does not meet standards delineated in WP:GNG. I will give it a good scrubbing and hopefully get it sufficiently Wikified sometime soon, hopefully within 24 hours. Best, Colinclarksmith (talk) 14:12, 12 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
