Location of Duke of York when Maine threatened and contradiction between Henry VI article and "Treaty of Tour" article edit
Considering trying to find out from the literature the location of the Duke of York's troops during the period of the regency. Any suggestions ?

On the article of henry the 6th' it's mention that william de la pole and cardinal beafort were on the same opinion as henry was about marry margaret of anjo and making peace tritty with the french. But on the article of the "treaty of Tour" - there's a contradition because it's written there that De la pole and Beafort weren't content with the will of Henry to meet with the french and Burgondian commissioners in Tour in order to negotiate on a peace treaty between the english and the french (because it will be very un-popular in the parlament and the commons. I'm not sure now about the exect position of Beafort and de la pole when it comes to the peace treaty and the support in the merrage to Margaret - did they pushed Henry to do it, or did he forced them to make the agreement ? (since he heard about margaret's beauty and heard that she's gonna be proposed by another nobel intity..) - the two fact are in contrary to each other and the article of Henry the 6th isn't match the article of "Treaty of Tour" - I be glad for a clarification about that issue and about what's true and worng. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.69.168.95 (talk) 16:13, 7 November 2011 (UTC)
In addtion, the Treaty of Amiene mentioned on the "treaty of tour's article, links to the treaty of amiene which attributing the 19 century - there's a necessary to fix the link to the right article because it can confuse people who want to read about these subjects - I also been confused until I saw the small link above in the page the article of "treaty of amiene" (of the 19 century) which apears in a small and un-noticable link on the start of the page.. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.69.168.95 (talk) 16:25, 7 November 2011 (UTC)
