Isn't "Blue Asphalt" the first Live Album? Recorded Live at The Great American Music Hall, San Francisco, Aug. 31, 1977, but released at Jazz Door 1991. http://www.discogs.com/Pat-Metheny-Group-Blue-Asphalt/release/2399573 http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=31740 http://www.musik-sammler.de/media/24714
