This should be probably "Transport", according to the official name of Ministry [1] and [2] . - Darwinek 09:45, 3 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Wikipedia does not follow the style conventions of the government of Japan. The Ministry's name becomes the title of the article on the ministry (provided it is in accord with Wikipedia style); other articles get titles according to the regional variety of English of the first major contributor in accordance with Wikipedia:Style guide#Disputes over style issues.
