editI started from where you left off and fixed up some things.
If you want to hide the table of contents for a while you can use __NOTOC__. If you want the TOC but you don't have enough sections for it to appear automatically you can use __FORCETOC__. If you just wanted to hide your notes about the contents while you were editing you can use web HTML comments, like this "<!-- my comment -->". See in the text where I did that.
In the second paragraph, should it be "man who can die for peace" or "man who dies for peace" or maybe even "man who would die for peace" ?
Also, in second paragraph you mention again him being an ambassador, repeating the information in the paragraph above that.

I'm confused. You have "[[Category:2001 deaths|Tran Tu Binh]]" but the text says he died in 1967?
