Copy-editing edit

I have heavily copy-edited the article starting from this version. However, this has been done by trying to make sense of what was written, NOT by going back to the sources, so the accuracy needs to be checked and inline referencing completed. Cold-hardiness and cultivation information are wrong edit

This plant is naturally deciduous in the Dallas area. It dies down to rosettes of foliage in winter, and these rosettes are hardy to around 10 °F (-14 °C). The cultivation information that recommends keeping it above 10 °C in winter is clearly either wrong or aimed at preventing the foliage from naturally dying back to the over-wintering rosettes.
