TUC formed in 1868, not 1860s'
editThe TUC was formed in 1868, after trade councils were formed in glasgow, sheffield,liverpool, edinburgh and london between 1858-1867 see Marcel van der linden, 2003, Transnational labour History, p.18
van der linden is one of the biggest authorities on european labour history by the way
