I've rewritten this article. It was fundamentally flawed, as the person who created it (and subsequent editors) didn't even seem to realise that it wasn't a traditional chain, but an association and buying group of independently-owned toy shops.
The history section was removed, as it wasn't really a history section, just a few factettes which one assumes were about specific franchisees rather than the business as a whole (e.g. the "netball team" referred to was probably one shop's, and though I've nothing against that, it probably didn't add to the article).
