Comment, if, as the article states, the theater is a national historic landmark then this would be a slam "keep" as meeting WP:NGEO but it doesn't appear in the wikiarticle List of National Historic Landmarks in California, nor appears on the National Park Service "List of NHLs by State", nevertheless, it is on the Sacremento Register of Historic & Cultural Resources (see here). No evidence the building was listed. The thesis, concerning the nomination of the building, states the owners didn't want it listed because they felt restrictions out-weigh benefits. Otr500 (talk) 05:53, 21 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Relevant listings edit

Although it seems clear the "Tower Theatre" is "considered a landmark" (per the Library of Congress, Sports Illustrated, and other sources) it has so for escaped being listed on any of the historical lists (that I could find) that include the NRHP, National Historic Landmarks in California, California Points of Historical Interest, or the Sacramento Register of Historic and Cultural Resources. I could not verify the source used in the opening sentence, nor could I find that the building is listed in any "official" publications, so the lead information either needs changing to reflect is "considered" a Sacramento, California landmark, a verifiable link found and used, or removed.
