Concerning this part of the article:

Belonging to one of the oldest parts of London, archeological evidence shows that there was a settlement on the hill in the Bronze Age and much later a Roman village that was burnt down during the Boadicea uprising.

It's a nice story, but is it true? Was Boudicca such a pyromaniac that she couldn't leave any place alone without burning it down? Colin4C 19:33, 17 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

How high? edit

If you live in San Fransisco California then you would suppose that Tower Hill must be three hundred feet high as are the hills in San Fransisco. But if you live in Washington, D.C. then you will suppose that Tower Hill must be 20 feet high as is Capitol Hill. I was born and raised in the middle of the United States and for all I know Tower Hill is a monolithic igneous intrusion or volcanic neck that rises dramatically 1,267 feet above the surrounding terrain. Or maybe it is like the hills in my home town of East Lansing where the tallest hill is 30 feet.

This is the second article about a hill in London that I have seen without any hint of how high the hill is. Could someone who knows please enter the height? Nick Beeson (talk) 01:10, 29 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
