Are You sure, french POW of 1870/71 were used, when the fortress was built in 1878 – 94?

This article had a map (Image:Map of Torun fortress.jpg) but it was removed as it was not free (see Wikipedia:Files_for_deletion/2009_September_28#File:Map_of_Torun_fortress.jpg).
