This article is not ready for GAN due to verifiability and MOS issues. First of all, the lede does not meet WP:LEAD (it should be maximum four paragraphs). Second, many paragraphs are not cited, and multiple sections have "citation needed" cleanup tags. For an article this long, it makes verifying information to the sources extremely difficult. The "Crime" section had a cleanup tag (update) since 2016 although it appears to have been updated in the meantime, so I removed the tag. Some of the sources in the bibliography are not used and should be moved to "Further reading". In terms of prose, the article is decently written but there are many duplinks and short paragraphs which should be incorporated better into the prose. I encourage the nominator to fix these issues and resubmit. Catrìona (talk) 22:37, 30 December 2018 (UTC)
