Well there should be some sources be indicated by the person who wrote this detailed article.

Generally the work of Toribio Rodriguez de Mendoza at San Marcos 1810-1815 is seen as a conspiration against the Spanish racist colonial viceroyalty. This can be seen in Peruvian history books like:
