I hate the 101 too but.................

Being one of the only routes across the Santa Monica Mountains, Route 27 is heavily traveled by commuters from the western San Fernando Valley heading to Santa Monica or Interstate 10 as an alternative to the extremely congested Interstate 405.

I hate the 101 but does this sentence even should be mention on this article because this sentence don't sound encyclopediac, it sounds much like AA Travel. Actually I-405 is not the worst, I think the I-5 or the US 101 is. I hate the 101 when it goes to Downtown LA or Hollywood but.--Freewayguy ^{What's up?} 02:11, 26 August 2008 (UTC)

To continue talking about the traffic patterns in Los Angeles-Orange County it is better if you join misc google groups. Nobody here is this much interest in traffic patterns in Los Angeles-Orange County. Since saying SR 134 is better than US 101 Hollywood Freeway it would been count as original source plus it's not encyclopediac. I certainly think so but I never wrote this on any article since it will be travel gude and against the verification policy.--Freewayguy ^{What's up?} 00:27, 27 August 2008 (UTC)

I think this sentence is fine if it's cited, and it probably should be relatively easy to find a citation for it (think LA Times, but most of their archived articles require payment). This article is not making the assertion that that Rte 27 is better or worse than the 405 from a driver's perspective, just that many people use Topanga Cyn instead of the Sepulveda Pass -- simple fact. howcheng {chat} 02:48, 27 August 2008 (UTC)

Well I don't think we have a valid source for this. Interstate-Guide.com is based on Interstate highways only. If people wants to continue conversations of Los Angeles-Orange County Freeways traffic patterns this is the place for it where Scott encourage to go. At Yahoo groups they have people from Caltrans monitor daily traffic patterns in Los Angeles-Orange County. Actually most people to Santa Barbara, Central California Coasts, Simi Valley takes the I-405 instead of the I-5, which is much worse.--Freewayguy ^{What's up?} 03:37, 27 August 2008 (UTC)
