@Rosguill: hi there. I'm thinking this might be a case of UPE but I just need another pair of eyes to look. The problems I see are NPOV issues and immaculate and over the top referencing. The user looks fairly experienced and their edits don't look too suspicious, but this article just seems too promotional. Willbb234, please assume good faith. I don't do articles for money, and these are not promotional. Mostly I am a WM Commons user, but being a graduate of Moscow Financial University myself, I find it interesting to create articles about it's notable graduates. That's it. --VLu (talk) 10:34, 17 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
Willbb234 I can't say that I see anything that looks particularly suspicious as far as UPE is concerned. I wouldn't trust a LaRouche movement publication [1], and there's maybe a bit of OR in the claims about what kinds of issues Alibegov faced in various positions, but it looks rather neutral. signed, Rosguilltalk18:54, 17 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
