"a Dutch English journalist" edit

This is misleading. His mother was English, but the Dutch version of the article simply says he's Dutch. And if you're going to say someone is of dual national descent, then a hyphen is required: "Dutch-English", not "Dutch English" - you can be "Dutch", "English" or "Dutch-English", but "Dutch English" is meaningless. In any case, it seems the "English" side of his family in fact originated in the Irish county Mayo - a distinction Dutch people tend not to make, but English and Irish people certainly do.46.189.28.85 (talk) 22:19, 30 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Bury fc edit

You made an excellent progrsm about accrington stanley. What could you do about t Bury FC.? I am 81 years old(nederlands sprekend) born in bury and in my youth travelled the uk to support bury. Often received complimentary tickets from alan jackson and Lew Goram. For internationals at wembley from Alan ball! The woman who chained herself to Gigg Lane stadium was the wife of a childhood friend Graham Olgilvy who was rejected by MU on medical grounds. Her father was a Bury legend Les Hart! You helped Accrington surely Bury is a worthy story. I have contacts with, other supporters and benefactors (Des Calrow) who could make good television. Primarily I want to get bury FC back in the league as you wished snd achieved with. Accrington. Please there is a good story here especially since you have history here. Sincerely yours Rus Lord 83.87.198.105 (talk) 19:06, 22 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
