Which Sistan edit

In section Life, it reads:Toghrul marched to Sistan. He surrounded Taq and held it under siege for a month, defeating a Seljuq relief army as well. Well I checked the locations of Sistan and Taq. These are two places named Sistan. One Sistan is a province and it is situated in the south east Iran. The other Sistan (Suston in WP) is in north Iran (Lahijan) . Taq is also in north Iran. Which Sistan did Toghrul marched to ? If it is the province, being too far away to Taq (1,100 kilometres (680 mi)}, how could he continue to Taq . The second Sistan is more probable. But then it is too far from his base in Ghazni for a military operation.Nedim Ardoğa (talk) 19:42, 4 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

"Toghril led his army into Sistan and on 10 November 1051 appeared suddenly at Taq and invested the citadel there." --- "The Later Ghaznavids", C.E. Bosworth, p44.
"The attackers nevertheless failed to make headway, but Toghril detached a contingent of 1,000 cavalrymen secretly to launch an assault on Zarang." "The Later Ghaznavids", C.E. Bosworth, p44. --Kansas Bear (talk) 20:07, 4 November 2012 (UTC)Reply
