Update edit

I have been through the entire article and cleared it up a bit. I've now transferred the catchphase information to the parts that explain the character's sketches to keep it all tidy and I have transferred the information in the series 1, 2 and 3 sections to the history section, as that seemed to be what they were anyway. I have also added some more detail to the information on the third series sketch characters and I've re-added the cast section. Overall, the article is now an easier read and is tidier. More updates edit

Since most sketch comedy articles (such as Little Britain and The Catherine Tate Show) on Wikipedia appear to be cutting their length down, I've done some trimming on the Tittybangbang article, and re-organised things so as not to lose information, but to make it easier to read. "Cult Show" edit

Can this be justifiably labeled a 'cult show'? It just seems to be merely verbal filler, as well as highly unfitting considering the description on wikipedia's own page on cult films and tv, which this show, frankly, doesn't derserve. I think it should be removed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.107.24.79 (talk) 18:42, 23 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Yes, it can. This show fits the description in the Cult Following article in that it has a loyal group of people that watch it series after series. Your own comment appears to be based more on what seems to be a dislike of the show than what cult actually means. CyberWiki (talk) 19:31, 24 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Is that the definition? A casual viewer might watch more than one series, what evidence of a 'dedicated' following in the way that Spaced, Brasseye and Garth Marenghi's Darkplace has is there? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.107.18.148 (talk) 17:20, 4 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

There actually is. According to the Wikipedia page for Garth Marenghi's Darkplace, the viewing figures were poor and it only aired one series, while Tittybangbang's were good and it ended up airing three. I don't want the lot of us to get into an argument over this, I'm just going by what I see. Not only this, but I know quite a number of people, both online and in real life, who have enjoyed Tittybangbang and watched it series upon series. DerangedOwl (talk) 12:27, 2 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Having edited and added to an article which had already been written and edited by several other people - and that being my 'Wiki debut' - I invite comments from those others on my contribution and ask if they could share any sources of further information that they may have (and I don't).

My edition was based on my memory of the 1st Series and sources such as the linked BBC3 site. The only items I deleted from previous editions of the article were spelling errors, except for the reference to Nichola and Pamela being Australian. I hope the parts authored by me are acceptable to the previous contributors; please holler if they are not.

I would also like to contact those people to ask if they might be interested in other TBB-related projects (see my yahoo group, also linked from the article).

Sorry about the newbie/techo problems I'm having. I have searched the help and tutorial pages, FAQs etc, and it seems I can't create my own profile because AOL uses a shared proxy server (or something). I could not find a window like this one (or a link to one) in either the 'My Talk' or 'Community' sections. So I shall risk my e-mail address here:

Does anybody know who plays Diane, the third member of the Darts Team? My best guess is, Shelley Longworth, whom I haven't yet added to the credits because I need to be more sure about her before I enter her (so to speak).

As funny as a stick.

I would love to know the name of the piece of classical music playing in the background in the "museum" scenes!

Nearly all the "ladies fighting in museum" scenes and a fair few of the "Don't look at me! I'm shy" scenes are backed up by this beautiful string orchestral piece. I remember hearing it as a child but obviously cannot find its name or composer anywhere else! Thanks. 82.19.97.121 02:39, 3 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

SO POV edit

This article is so POV it is crazy.lol BYE BYE Jimmy93211 18:34, 14 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

It is your comment that is "so POV", not the article, because you fail to supply any evidence that anything in the article is factually incorrect or even contestable.

Fair use rationale for Image:Tittybangbang Series1 DVD.gif edit

Image:Tittybangbang Series1 DVD.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
