I was at the game where Tippy picked three Blue Jays off first. I'm trying to remember who they were; I know Barry Bonnell was one. Cal Ripken homered to start the O's half of the tenth (after Cliff Johnson had homered for the Jays in the top half), and the Jays replaced Jimmy Key with...um, Joey McLaughlin, I think. Anyway, Sakata's HR just reached the first row of seats in left. We were so punchy by that point that I was like, "Wait, what? What?? The left fielder isn't picking up -- you mean HE DID IT??" What an absolutely amazing game. Anyway, no, this has nothing to do with Wikipedia, but it's just one of those wonderful memories. - Scooter 07:12, 14 Nov 2004 (UTC)
