This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because the person covered is a distinguished professor in his field, responsible for several ideas currently driving directions of theoretical particle physics and cosmology. His work has been covered numerous times in popular media such as Through the Wormhole with Morgan Freeman and New Scientist magazine.
