Find correct name
The airport is not listed as João Paulo II anywhere.
The airport's own website calls itself simply Ponta Delgada, and has no mention of João Paulo.
Template:Regions of Portugal: statistical (NUTS3) subregions and intercommunal entities are confused; they are not the same in all regions, and should be sublisted separately in each region: intermunicipal entities are sometimes larger and split by subregions (e.g. the Metropolitan Area of Lisbon has two subregions), some intercommunal entities are containing only parts of subregions. All subregions should be listed explicitly and not assume they are only intermunicipal entities (which accessorily are not statistic subdivisions but real administrative entities, so they should be listed below, probably using a smaller font: we can safely eliminate the subgrouping by type of intermunicipal entity from this box).

Please correct the above paragraph because it's wrong: The fear of losing memories is written when it refers to Lima river, which is correct. The legend says that Romans called river "Lethes" (their mythical "river of oblivion") to nowadays Lima river. Having arrived at its margins in the region of Ponte de Lima the Romans saw a luxuriant vegetation which reminded them about the myth of "Lethes", thus causing them fear to cross it. It was then that Decimus Junius Brutus took the eagle's standard, crossed the river and called his soldiers by their names, proving he hadn't lost his memory (this was what Titus Livius wrote). There is controversy about the name the Romans called to Lima river, altough most people say they called it Limaeas (or something close). Even the people of that region where called Limici by Romans beacause they lived in a swamplike place in the upper river and called them that after the name of the the river. During 1st century Tiberius Caius Silius Italicus wrote about the 2nd Punic War and called Lethes to Lima, having some authors mentioned that he did it metaphorically, because many Romans prefered to stay there forgetting the muddy Tiber. Hello Felissilvestris! Regarding your edit in the Timeline of Portuguese history (Lusitania and Gallaecia), thank you for your input, but please, when you want to had a comment or notice an incorrection, it is best to do it in the talk page, rather then in the article itself. Regarding the Lethes issue, it is true that Decimus Junius Brutus' legions did not want to cross the Lima fearing it was the Lethes, and that he did convince them to do so. They them proceded to the Minho river and the history repeated itself again, with the difference that this time they did not cross it. At least this is what I read in José Mattoso's book. So, I'm reverting you change (in fact I'm moving your commentary to the talk page and adding my own), and adding a reference to Decimus Junius Brutus' previous situation in the Lima. Thank you! There was already a reference to the Lima:
137 BC - The Roman legions reluctantly cross the Lima (Lethe) river, only after Decimus Junius Brutus crossed alone and called for them, thus proving he had not lost his memory.
136 BC - Roman legions under Praetor Decimus Junius Brutus reach the Minho river, but do not cross it for fear of losing their memories.

Hi OGRE. I apologize to have "intruded" your article. I wrote there i just wanted to correct and add minor things, and when i am wrong i will thank people who correct me. I try to be fair and objective, but there are always someone who knows another thing. That's the way we evolve. I didn't want to edit your page. I just wanted to add some notes in case they should be helpfull for you. I am new in what comes to use Wikipedia, so i will try to read the "manual" to avoid doing so many errors of this kind. I am portuguese, my name is Vitor. I hope you correct my English... as well as my Portuguese. Who masters any language? Who didn't commit an error? I am not interested in "praising" Portugal or any other country nor ethnicity or anything else. It happens that if i know something about anything i am reading I like to contribute to such work as this. I mean: the goal and the means of Wikipedia are great! So the more people can help the better.
