There is a need for a picture of Tim Uppal, as it would make the article more understandable and complete.This is something I attempted to do by taking a picture of his from the parliament website, but it got deleted from the article despite its public nature (On a Canadian government website). Tim Uppal has resided in Ottawa, Ontario since 2008. "He says he'll continue to live with his family in Ottawa, more than 3,300 kilometres east of Edmonton.
