The image File:Dm ultra.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

Why were references to Tim Simenon's background and ethnicity removed from his Wikipedia entry? They were there when I last looked at the entry roughly two years ago.
I want to check before I insert a mention that he's an English-born son of Scottish father and Malaysian Chinese mother. Along with source citations, of course.
I suspect Tim Simenon or his representative may have removed all references to his personal background, but is this allowed? Quite a few public figures' ethnicities are listed in spite of their preference not to.
If there is no problem, I also think it might be a good idea to list his name on a list of British people of Malaysian descent or British people of Malay Chinese descent. 0zero9nine—Preceding undated comment added 03:05, 7 June 2011 (UTC).Reply
