Image:Tillthecloudspassby.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. What does this line mean?

It wouldn't be the first time I asked a question missing the obvious answer, but what does "In 1954, the children played with the television. The children played with Angela Lansbury, and more. This film was set up at 8:00 p.m. from 1954-present:" mean? --64.193.79.137 (talk) 04:45, 8 July 2009 (UTC)

But what about the song?

I'm about 99% sure that "Till the Clouds Roll By" is a song written by Jerome Kern, but that it was not written for the 1946 film, but much earlier, I'm thinking World War I or thereabouts. I'm sure there's a reference to it in the Depression-era song "Let's Have Another Copy of Coffee" which gently lampoons optimistic songs ("Trouble's just a bubble, and the clouds will soon roll by") and I'm almost sure I've heard a scratchy cylinder recording of it. In fact, I assume the movie has that title because "Till the Clouds Roll By" was thought to be the most emblematic Jerome Kern song, much as one might imagine entitling a biopic about Irving Berlin "Blue Skies."

I'd think Wikipedia must have an article about it, but there's no disambiguation link and no link to an article about the song within this one.
