Similarity to "Charade" edit

I liked "Thunderbolt and Lightfoot" when it first came out but it bears a striking similarity to "Charade" (1963), in that both movies are about some old war buddies and some missing money (and George Kennedy is in both movies!). Anybody know if Michael Cimino got his inspiration for his movie from "Charade" with Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn? I actually like "Thunderbolt and Lightfoot" better because it's an American iconographic film with sweeping vistas of the American West and raw, primal American energy, but it's plot seems derivative.63.198.18.132 (talk) 03:02, 4 March 2010 (UTC)Sgt. Hi! I didn't want to create a new section for this. But I did want to thank and congratulate the writer of the article, because I didn't see any typographical errors to correct, which makes for a very nice, welcome change of pace! Thank you very much! Congratulations on a job well done too! :-) LeoStarDragon1 (talk) 13:09, 22 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

Brain damage from when Red kicked them in the head. Based on how slowly the symptoms progressed, it's likely that their skull was gradually filling with blood, putting pressure on the right side of their brain, like a stroke in slow motion. 81.110.77.253 (talk) 14:19, 2 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
