edit"The town has made substantial investments in developing high speed Internet and broadband capabilities.[3][4]" There's no reference for the town having made investments of this sort in the references referred to. They only refer to the fact that in 2012 (or thereabouts) we "boast[ed] more high speed internet and broadband options than any other community in a five county region".
