Image copyright problem with Image:Vnickle.jpg edit

The image Image:Vnickle.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

biography info edit

Found a site that states currently lives in U.K. after retiring from Mint. [1] I did find record in English census that his birth was registered in April-June 1903 in Birmingham [2] also found info that could indicate a death in early 1984 with death records.(but more reasearch needed)
