userbox edit

FYI, I created a userbox for JLab - Nicole Sharp (talk) 07:22, 31 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

This user was a physicist at Jefferson Lab.

Yes, SREL is very long gone, but the land and infrastructure were re-purposed as Jefferson Lab. The original building is still there near the middle of the complex, but is is a test and assembly area now; the cyclotron is gone. Qwerty123uiop (talk) 14:26, 17 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Was this facility originally known as NASA Space Radiation Effects Laboratory at Langley? edit

I have some blueprints drawn up in 1962 for the NASA Space Radiation Effects Laboratory, Langley. This seems to have been a single building set in the middle of a forest containing a large cyclotron. Is this building / facility still in operation? Was it this building or site that eventually became the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 23.233.119.54 (talk) 22:26, 16 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Should there be a section on the lab's accomplishments or findings or why it is important? edit
