Who did what now?

"After attempting to sell Dillon's story to Hollywood, Jean Paxton, Jamie Paxton's mother, and Ohio Senator Bob Nigh passed the Paxton Bill, which barred killers or their relatives from profiting from their crimes." So... Jean Paxton and Senator Bob Nigh first attempted to sell Dillon's story to Hollywood, and then they passed the Paxton Bill? I'm going to guess that's not actually how it went down, but that's what the article says right now. I'm not familiar with the events at all, so I don't want to make things worse by jumping in, but this looks like something that could use a bit of attention. -- 85.76.18.89 (talk) 18:40, 30 June 2013 (UTC)

Dillon's FIRST victim

Wesley Tucke of Boliver, Ohio was the very FIRST human victim shot by Thomas Dillon many years before Jamie Paxton.

I am the nephew of Welsey Tucke, my uncle, his children came to live with us briefly after the shooting, in and near 1980. Wesley survived, after a high powered round to his back, Dillon has fired at my uncle from my uncles front yard at night, having seen him through the lit window. The bullet fragmented upon hitting the plate glass, thus "probably" helping to save my uncles life. My aunt sitting next to him, was found days later to have shrapnel all through her arm and body as well.

Upon his conviction and sentencing Dillon was asked if there were anymore victims that could be accounted for and he stated that there was a man years ago, the only he did not kill, whom he had shot through a plate glass windows, and whom lived. He went on to say that he "never did such again" because of the uncertainty of killing somebody in that matter. (Shooting through a window, the accuracy, and potency of the shot, and probably the ability to get in a 2nd or 3rd shot.)

The Dover New Philadelphia Times newspaper in 1993 has a front page article on the above.
