Did You Know
A fact from this article appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the "Did you know?" column on March 9, 2010.
The text of the entry was: Did you know ... that the video for OK Go's single "This Too Shall Pass" features a giant Rube Goldberg machine and took 60 takes to complete?

Official video? edit

I am not sure it is cited anywhere that the second (Rube Goldberg) video is anymore official than the first (marching band). In the interviews I have seen, the band simply states that they made two videos because rather surprisingly both got greenlit. As a matter of fact, the second video was not even paid for by the label (rather it was financed by the corporate sponsorship of State Farm). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.248.159.161 (talkcontribs)

If anything, the Youtube description from the video affirms it as official. I'm pretty sure at least other sources affirm this as official. --MASEM (t) 17:58, 7 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

I read this article a few weeks ago, but didn't know it was a GAN until now. I made a few tweaks but overall it's pretty good, so I'm passing it. I think that the song "Here It Goes Again" is better, but both are still good. Gary King (talk) 04:33, 5 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Mr. Brown (The Wailers song) edit

Is it just me or does this song sample Mr. Brown (song) by the Wailers? Should that be included in the article somewhere? Andyzweb (Talk) 04:51, 8 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

We need a source to make that comparison. --MASEM (t) 04:58, 8 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
Google is your friend too Andyzweb (Talk) 14:27, 8 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
No, we need someone reliable to actually state there's similarities in the songs, otherwise it's original research. Just comparing the songs is not sufficient. --MASEM (t) 15:00, 8 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
