"...the local arts festival..." was changed to "...an arts festival, the Klein Karoo Nasionale Kunstefees", because it may be thought that the "local" refers to Stellenbosh, mentioned in the previous sentence. Thermofan (talk) 21:16, 6 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
