It appears from a quick g-search [1] that the method is of much wider use than soldering in the semiconductor industry. The overwemphasis on this one particular application is excessive weight, quite probably derived from the paid editing of the article [2] .

I am not immediately able to write the other portions, but I intend give at least some references for it, and to diminish the detail for this particular application. DGG (talk) 18:30, 11 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
