This page is not unambiguously promotional, because it has nothing promotional. It is slowly being editing to emphasise the work's importance but due to other priorities outside Wikipedia i.e. busy work schedule, the editor hasn't got much time to create it quickly. This page is not unambiguously promotional, because the contributor of the page has no relation at all and no close connection to the subject.
