Does the "Asian group" have a name?
It currently reads: When Trump was forced to sell a stake in the railyards on Manhattan's West Side, the Asian group to which he sold then sold much of the site for $1.76 billion. I looked about but can't find the name of this "Asian group". We certainly should use their name instead of just referring to their ethnicity or continent they live on. Nike Store / Trump Tower
In the selected properties it says "Nike Store: The NikeTown store is located in Trump Tower. It is valued at $120 million." Is this accurate? Is this in addition to or included in the 318 or so million that it says his property at Trump Tower is worth higher up in the list? How can one store that is a small part of the building be worth 120 million?? I mean, I know it's NYC and all but that seems a bit much even for retail space in the heart of Manhattan.
