did anybody see kenneth's name appear in the opening credits? i saw this episode last night and his name didn't pop up. it probably might be in the end credits i guess. -- (96.254.108.115) (19:00, 27 August 2011)

Yes, his name appears at the end in a separate screen preceding the other actors. It's strange that he doesn't get a mention in the opening credits, but his role is sufficiently noteworthy. -- Ihutchesson (talk) 04:57, 31 August 2011 (UTC)

I guess it is, but I don't see the point of noting the fact in the episode summary data. As he has such a significant role, it should suffice to note him among the principal guest cast. -- Ihutchesson (talk) 21:31, 3 September 2011 (UTC).

Request to explain "no direct blue links" re reversion of WP:DAB to a redirect

Hi RCraig09 - Sorry, sometimes edit summaries aren't too specific. What I should have said is that the second entry you put on the page to change it from a redirect to dab isn't a valid link. To quote wp:dab, "A disambiguation page is a non-article page that lists and links to encyclopedia articles covering topics that could have had the same title. The purpose of disambiguation pages is allowing navigation to the article on the topic being sought. The information on a disambiguation page should be focused on getting the reader to their desired article." Your second entry does not help a reader navigate to an article on that subject. As such, it could be treated as having a redlink, so see also MOS:DABRED. Dabs can be tricky, I hope this helps a bit.Onel5969 ^{TT me} 22:35, 28 August 2019 (UTC)

You may have missed the episode "The Tides That Bind" that is listed in the table of the Haven (season 2) article. (The same applies for the first entry in the DAB, pointing to a section of Message in a bottle.) Though neither destination is the title of an entire article, neither destination is a redlink.

Or are you saying the DABs can ONLY link to article titles? If so, look at the "Maggie Anderson" examples in MOS:DABRED. —RCraig09 (talk) 03:21, 29 August 2019 (UTC)

No, I missed where the link pointed to. Usually, when you point to a section, you use the name of that section, which in this case would be "Popular perceptions". When I checked the target article, I didn't see a section marked "The Tides That Bind". I've actually never seen a section link work in that manner. Usually, if there isn't a section named, the link simply goes to the top of the page.Onel5969 ^{TT me} 10:59, 29 August 2019 (UTC)

@Onel5969: Yep. FYI: I had used the (invisible) {{anchor|The Tides That Bind|The tides that bind|the tides that bind}} in the Message in a bottle destination (wasn't trying to be tricky :) ).
