Barking Dog & Rising Sun

SPOILER: My thoughts retain to the ending when it fades to black, while Tony and Carmela talk about the neighbor's barking dog and the soon to be rising sun. I believe the dog represents the threat of Johnny Sack's crew, unrelentless after the murders by Tony B; meanwhile the rising sun represents the new day when the nervous Tony, who is "unprepared" for his job as stated several times during the episode, must face the consequences of his cousin's actions. Any thoughts on this?

Voice on the phone

Why is the caller on the phone in the hotel room identified as "Carmine talking telling him they have a job for him"? It is clearly not his voice on the line, and Tony wouldn't be taking orders from Carmine anyway. 66.92.65.110 (talk) 13:04, 5 October 2008 (UTC)Craig
