"It was updated again by Chris Dolan in 1997." <-- this line is inaccurate. I'm Chris Dolan, and I did contribute a few tables to that edition of the book, but that's all I did. Could someone please correct this? (I don't feel comfortable editing it myself since it involves me.) I recommend changing it to simply "It was updated again in 1997." Thanks!
