As part of my research for another article, I have been trying to dig up information on MSFunk, and aside from this article, I can't find anything online that says they were a renaming of The Smoke Ring. Even Wikipedia's own article on Tommy Shaw describes them as completely different bands. I'll won't remove the MSFunk section since I haven't researched The Smoke Ring nearly enough to be sure of their connection to MSFunk, but if anyone else has reason to believe that The Smoke Ring becoming MSFunk is just a hoax and they were simply two different bands with Keith Goins, I do recommend you remove that part. And if they were indeed the same band, someone please add a reference substantiating this!--Martin IIIa (talk) 14:34, 1 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
