Horrendous miscarriage if justice. This happens all too often that we find out the corruption in the legal system from defense attorneys, prosecutors, and law enforcement, which caused an innocent man to be put to death. Carlos Deluna's attorney, prosecutor, law enforcement officers are all to blame for this execution. To use a serial murderer, Carlos Hernandez, as a informant and not hold him responsible for the murders and crimes that he commits and to allow an innocent man to be put to death is criminal to say the least.
