I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. What Kind of article Is This?

Please understand the damage that is being done by not giving an accurte description of the "plot" or "synoposis" of this TV show. The "New Breed" was not only about a bunch of saavy, younger police detectives, departing from the stereo-typical cop show in the media (and in the public's conscious in that bygone era and an earlier generation of "public servants"). what set the show apart was that this was set in NYC(?), and showcasing a new, technologically adapted police force that employed advanced communications(including intergated systems radio, [televised]tv surveilance cameras, mimeograph machines to send both "mug" shot, wanted posters, and figerprints I.D.s nationally; rapid pursuit river crafts, police heliocopters, sooped-up cars, and, if I remember correctly, modern forensics in solving crimes). That's why it was called "The New Breed". This article needs to be fleshed-out properly. I am suprised that no one associated and representive with the Quinn Martin companies haven't souht to the accuracies of the series. And don't forget that the show also starred its youngest member, MARK GODDARD, who would later go on to star in "Lost in Space". --67.86.97.149 (talk) 06:39, 19 October 2011 (UTC)Veryverser
